The Owners
Megan started her journey in customer service more than 15 years ago. She’s worked with huge corporations handling calls, scheduling multiple high-end clients, and creating a relationship with customers that focuses on them. Her secret to success is deeply caring about her clientele and their respective remodeling projects.
Starting in 2017, Megan took on the role of marketing for Do-Well Remodel, LLC., as well as Guidance Property Solutions, Knowing Your Home, and 517 Painters. She continued her journey through the construction world and worked with local real estate agents to navigate and design high-end remodels in various locations throughout Mid-Michigan.
In 2022, Megan completed her builder courses through the State of Michigan and passed the state exam, becoming one of the youngest licensed female builders in the State. In the same year, she started a series of classes teaching homeowners, but primarily women, how to tackle projects in their own homes. She still teaches today, in addition to running a full-time business, and being a mama. Check out that lady builder!
Construction is in William’s blood, beginning with his great-great-grandfather who was a home builder. William started with his father when he was 15. They have tackled roofing and carpentry projects of all sizes together. Through the years, William has worked with various builders, honing his skills to make sure every home project is completed to the owner’s satisfaction.
In addition to running a business and tackling some of the coolest remodels throughout the lower half of Michigan, Megan and Will also have 2 children, and teach a series of classes in the Mid-Michigan area.
In their free time Megan catalogues at her daughter’s school library, enjoys reading and writing, and is a part of several networking groups. Will enjoys coding with Javascript, playing video games, and cooking for their family.
